MunchFe is currently in pre-launch. Once we go live, your first box will ship within 3–5 business days of your subscription starting. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Absolutely, no hard feelings. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitments. We just ask that you cancel at least 5 days before your next billing date.

You can upgrade or switch plans at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle we'll pro-rate the difference.

After subscribing, you'll be able to log in and pick your 8 bonbons from all available flavors before each monthly dispatch. You'll get a reminder email 5 days before your box ships so you have time to update your selection.

We're working on a rotating range of limited-edition flavors only available to Custom Box and Surprise Box subscribers. These chocolate bonbons will never be sold in the regular shop, they're our way of rewarding the people who believed in MunchFe first.
